I fell in love with startups in college — drawn to the energy, the chaos, and the chance to build something real. By 22, I was leading a 5-person customer service team and knew I’d found my path. Over the next 10+ years, I grew into Chief People Officer roles at startups like Merlyn Mind and Mogul across New York, helping founders and teams scale with heart, clarity, and intention.
InsideWork is the culmination of that journey — and the burnout, healing, and growth that came with it. Along the way, I became the person teammates, founders, and high-performers turned to for perspective, business strategy, and support. That’s what I offer now, too.
My coaching blends practical startup leadership with deep emotional insight — shaped by lived experience, years of personal work, and a whole lot of self-teaching in human psychology, communication, and nervous system resilience.
These days, I support high-performers through transition, partner with leaders to grow healthy teams, and build systems that support real, sustainable growth.
When I’m not working, I'm usually building our first home with my soon-to-be husband — laying real foundations in life, not just in work — obsessing over soccer data, or chasing my stubborn Pomsky around the forest.
